NYC VIBE with the

Art Hearts Fashion Foundation

September 2018 – It’s all about putting “Heart” in arts and fashion – and caring about New Yorkers in need!

At the Angel Orensanz Center in Lower Manhattan – Fashion, Music, and Philanthropy were center stage at one of the most unique and colorful events during NY Fashion Week. Art Hearts Fashion celebrated its 10 year anniversary. NYC VIBE discovered that this presentation amounted to much more than stylish clothes and new designs.

As their name explicitly suggests, this organization brings together art and fashion with an open heart to benefit causes which are important to all New Yorkers. Charity partners have included Aids Healthcare Foundation, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Project Cancerland, The American Cancer Society, VH1 Save the Music, and more.

The featured designer of the night, the famed Spanish artist Domingo Zapata combined his skill as a painter with his keen eye for developing international fashions – and when you are as multi-talented as he is – why not both at the same time? Editors, models, influencers, and fashionistas were impressed by the designs that will be seen everywhere in Spring and Summer of next year, but most importantly, done with the underlying theme of charity and helping those in need.

In New York City, Art Hearts Fashion is leading the way in combining fashion and funds for great causes while celebrating the passion and expression of new fashion collections, and they looked great doing it too!
